        Regarding the wavelength, it must be matched with your own machine, but many terminals do not know the wavelength of their machine.         Regarding the format, many customers want to buy a large format field lens, because he has to consider that his product will be bigger this time, and he also thinks that next time his product may be larger, maybe he needs a larger format, for the sake of long-term Interest, so buy a large format. But you forgot a question. The larger the field lens, the larger the focal length and working distance of the corresponding field lens. The longer the focal length, the larger the laser focused spot. The same laser is distributed on a larger spot area, and the energy density will inevitably become smaller, which will result in a very shallow marking depth. Everyone knows that the attenuation of laser energy in the air is very severe. In other words, the greater the focal length of the field lens, the greater the loss of laser energy, and the thicker and shallower the line will be. Therefore, when choosing the format of the field lens, you must choose the most suitable one, and don’t blindly ask for it.
       Third, the focal length. Under the same format, due to the different design and processing capabilities of major field lens manufacturers, there will be field lenses of the same format, and the focal length will be different. Langqi Laser believes that in the same format, the shorter the focal length, the better. However, due to the design process, it is impossible to be infinitely short, so we can just ask for one as short as possible, because the field lens with a short focal length is deep and the lines are thin. Another thing to note is that the shorter the focal length, the smaller the focal depth, and the higher the flatness requirements for the surface of the object to be marked. Therefore, the surface of the object with undulations or arcs is not suitable for use with a field lens with a short focal length. . The focal length is long and the focal depth is long, so that a little undulation on the surface of the object is allowed, and it will not affect the marking effect too much. But we should also pay attention to what we said earlier, the longer the focal length, the smaller the focused energy density, and the shallower the marking, so we must pay attention to choosing a higher power laser to match it.         The fourth is about the spot. Under normal circumstances, the galvanometer of our marking machine is generally 12 spots, then our field lens can choose 12 spots. However, some customers buy field mirrors for galvanometer welding machines. As we all know, galvanometers for welding machines generally have large spots, such as 20 spot, 25 spot, 30 spot, 36 spot, etc., then we choose the field The mirror must also be matched with it. The domestic galvo-mirror welding machines have such problems, and a large part of the reason is that they cannot find a field lens with a large spot. The field lens with a small spot will burn out all of a sudden when it is subjected to the high power of the welding machine.
       Fifth, the choice of the field lens thread. As everyone knows, the bottom of the galvanometer is the field lens, so the thread of our field lens must be suitable for our galvanometer. The thread of the galvanometer generally has such several kinds of M851, M1021, M1, M581, M551, etc. The most common is M851, and the thread interface of the imported scanlab galvanometer is M79 *1. Then we can choose the one matched with the galvanometer. If you really can’t find the corresponding field lens, there is a solution, just get a thread conversion interface.
